Forest Ecotherapy Session
Rooted in Ecopsychology and the science of Forest Medicine, Forest Ecotherapy is a multi-sensory, nature connection therapy that offers an experience to rebond with the more-than-human world in a ceremonial container. An individualize or a group facilitated session in Forest Ecotherapy can be peaceful and relaxing, as well as stimulating, rejuvenating, mystical, playful and profound. We leave behind the madness of the civilized world and enter into a wild, animated land set with intention and purpose, with the your aim of deepening your relationship with the more-than-human world as an ally.
Most everyone has heard of forest therapy or it's Japanese origins as shinrin-yoku. Forest Ecotherapy, focuses on in-depth sensory experience, going beyond a 'forest walk', to emphasize gentle full-body contact with the earth, as well as engaging our inherent intuitive/energetic senses, beyond the standard Five Senses.
